Milwaukee DEA officials announce fentanyl was found in marijuana to make it more potent for users and causing overdoes cases in weed for the first time. This is a growing trend for drug traffickers trying to maximize their profits at the expense of their customers lives.

Fentanyl is an opioid much stronger than conventional prescription pain killers on the market today. This medication is used to manage severe, ongoing pain due to cancer.
