As of 6/23/2017 Gov Rick Scott signed 2 marijuana bills into law, greatly expanding the qualifying conditions to receive full strength medical marijuana in Florida. SB 8-A  which expands the qualifying conditions needed to receive full strength THC cannabis &  (SB 6-A) that exempts caregivers’ personal information from public disclosure.
